Experience: Prof. Cabelly has been a Human Resource Management faculty member at Portland State University since 1980, and has served as Area Director for the Management/HRM Area since 1997. Experience: Dr. Robin Gowers is a senior lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University. He worked for four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in the City of London.  His time there included work with their Strategic Risk Services group whom helped senior executives identify, understand, assess and manage the business risks they faced across their whole enterprise. 

He also worked within their Global Risk Management Solutions and Audit and Business Advisory Services in their Financial Services E-business Groups. These groups were set up in 1999 to focus on meeting the fast growing e-business needs of PwC's financial services clients.  While in this position, he developed an in depth knowledge of how e-business was changing the financial services sector and other industries. The majority of work was based around London, but he undertook a number of client engagements in the UK and across Europe.
